    Oh wow...I made this and everyone loved it. Had to use chicken breasts since that's what I had...and it came out tasty, juicy and perfect. I did brown the chicken breasts in a very hot cast iron pan for a minute or two - after cooking as it was a bit "light" looking, but the browning was fast and simple. Yum!

    This was so delicious. I used chicken breast with the skin on and it can out so juicy and tender. The spinach and artichoke mixture is full of flavor and so satisfying. I am putting this in the rotation; definitely a keeper!

    This was great - decadent even. A couple of minutes under a broiler at the end to brown up the chicken skin, and we ate like royalty. :-)
