Made this tonight and it was FABULOUS! Omitted green peppers (not a fan) & separately broiled some zucchini rounds. Feta didn't brown so put it under the broiler for a min or so. Had my doubts on the garlic sauce, but I've got to say, it really brought the meal together and added so much extra satisfying flavor. Will definitely make it again & looking forward to leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Love these simple, tasty recipes.

Thanks for sharing this awesome review! I'm also a big fan of popping things under the broiler for a bit of extra color.

I made this recipe and it was delicious. I omitted the garlic and roasted fresh garlic along with chicken and vegetables. This is a keeper!

I've just made this dish and it is already a favourite!! It is delicious and authentically Greek tasting. I sprinkled the tomatoes with dill and baked them for an extra 10 minutes, before adding the fetta and olives for another 10 mins. I did make a proper Tzatsiki, omitted the mayo and added a tiny bit of cucumber to the Greek Yogurt. This is tasty, quick and very filling! Great for weeknights!

Great tasty dish! There was a lot of oil/fat in the sheet before adding tomatoes, so siphoned some of it out so feta wouldn’t be floating. I subbed red peppers for green and served over a bed of spinach. Used Skyr in the dressing and a lot of garlic - so good! Thanks!

This is the most flavourable meal I have had in a long time. I made it exactly as written, except for using grape tomatoes in place of full-sized, which is hardly any change at all. So delicious! Thank you!
